Ecommerce listing and account maanagement (with training)

Clossy London is a known brand in the UK, we operate in ecommerce business and have production and support facilities in Pakistan.

We are looking for honest and hardworking staff to manage our online business. We provide full training for hardworking and talented candidates according the the british stanadrd. We will provide as much as possible facialities and accomodation during the training and internship. Sucessfull internship leads to a full time job.

Listing & Sales Specialist*  
Responsibilities:  
- Review and optimize product listings: titles, descriptions, images, and categories.  
- Research competitors and adjust pricing to stay competitive.  
- Create new listings or bundles to attract more customers.  
- Identify and act on seasonal trends and opportunities.

- Set up and monitor eBay ad campaigns, including general and priority ads.  
- Analyze ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns regularly.  
- Create promotional campaigns, discounts, and multi-buy offers.  
- Stay updated on new eBay advertising features or tools.

- Monitor account health metrics: late delivery rate, defect rate, and policy compliance.  
- Manage feedback: address negative feedback and encourage positive reviews.

You must have good communciation skills and pay attension to the details.
