Project Coordinator

KPITB requires the services of Project Coordinator for the project AI Innovation Hub for the duration of six months on contract basis.

The candidate must possess a degree in ICT / Computer Science / Information Technology / Management Sciences / Project Management / Public Administration / Business Administration / Social Sciences or any other relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.

The candidate must have at least three years of post-qualification relevant experience in project coordination, project management, stakeholder engagement, administrative coordination, project monitoring, documentation, progress reporting, or implementation of technology-related projects.

The candidate should have demonstrated experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, preparing work plans and progress reports, maintaining project documentation, organizing meetings, following up on administrative and procurement processes, and monitoring project deliverables. Experience in public sector projects, ICT initiatives, digital transformation, emerging technologies, AI-based projects, or donor-funded programs shall be preferred.

The candidate should possess strong communication, analytical, organizational, documentation, and coordination skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, reporting systems, and official correspondence.
